Prepare 1 package of Dough Mama white dough dry mix, as per package instructions.
Roll out dough on a well-floured surface, using approx. 1/4 cup flour to keep dough from sticking.
Roll into a rectangle. (a rolling pin or dough roller is recommended)
Spread approx. 1/4 cup softened butter onto dough
Sprinkle approx. 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp. cinnamon onto buttered dough.
Roll dough carefully from bottom to top (long side) forming a log.
Slice into 1.5 inch sections and place cut side up in a baking pan, with edges touching one another.
Let stand for 10 minutes, then bake for 15-20 minutes at 425 degrees. Tops should be a nice golden brown.
Once cooled, add icing and enjoy!
Prepare 1 package of Dough Mama white or whole wheat dry mix as per package instructions.
Separate dough into 2 equal portions.
Roll out 1 portion into a circle, using flour to prevent sticking. Top with a thin cover of pizza sauce and a light sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Roll out 2nd portion of dough into a circle the same size as the first.
Place on top of first dough.
Using a pizza cutter, slice towards the centre of the stacked doughs, without slicing all the way across. Repeat until you have 8 cuts.
Twist each newly created segment together.
Once all segments are twisted, brush with garlic butter and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 mins at 425 degrees.
Allow 5 minutes to rest, then tear off segments and enjoy!
Caesar salad dressing, extra garlic butter or pizza sauce are all great options for dipping!
Prepare 1 package of Dough Mama white or whole wheat dry mix as per package instructions.
Roll out dough to roughly a 9 x 13 inch size, using lots of flour to reduce sticking.
Transfer dough to your baking sheet/pan.
Turn your pan so it is vertical. Spread pizza sauce down the middle of the dough, leaving roughly 2-3 inches uncovered on either side.
Repeat with cheese and any other desired toppings/fillings.
using a pizza cutter, starting at the top of the dough-slice into the uncovered dough at a diagonal towards the filling.
Stop cuts about 0.5 inch away from filling.
Each slice should be about 1 inch apart.
Once dough on both sides is cut, start with the top left segment, pick it up and cross it over the filling to the other side.
Repeat with the right side and continue to alternate until all segments are covering filling. Press the bottom together.
Brush with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden.
Once it is fully cooked, slice and serve!

- apple pie filling, cinnamon and brown sugar, serve with ice cream
Prepare one package of Dough Mama white, whole wheat or gluten friendly dry mix as per package instructions.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
While dough is rising, combine 1 cup basil, 1 cup spinach, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 2 cloves garlic in a food processor. Pulse until mixture is combined.
Steam 1 head broccoli, and drain 1 can artichoke hearts
Roll out dough to your desired shape and place on baking sheet/ pizza tray.
Spread basil and spinach mixture (pesto) onto your dough.
Cover with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle steamed broccoli on top.
Rough chop artichoke hearts and place on top of pizza.
Finish with some feta cheese and bake for 20 Minutes.
Let pizza stand for 5 minutes, slice and serve!
* try drizzling balsamic on top for added flavour

* if you cut the recipe in half, use leftover artichoke hearts and spinach in a creamy and delicious spinach dip!
Prepare one package of your favorite Dough Mama dry mix as per package instructions.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Once dough has risen, separate dough into 2 equal portions, using lots of flour on the dough and on your hands as it will be sticky.
Separate each portion into 2 again.
Separate each portion again.
You should now have 8 equal portions.
Using your hands, work each dough ball into a 4-5 inch flat round and place on a baking sheet.
Once all dough is rolled out, top with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for approx. 15-17 minutes, or until cheese begins to brown.
Enjoy hot or cold!
